Karuna Integrated Wellness & Spa Cancellation Policy
At Karuna, we are committed to providing exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure fairness and maintain a seamless schedule, our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Credit Card Requirement for Booking: All appointments require a credit card to book. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the corresponding fee will be automatically deducted from your card.
- Online Account for Easy Management: During booking, you will have the option to create an account. This account allows you to change or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time at no charge.
- Advance Notice Required for Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling to avoid charges.
- Three Strikes Policy for No-Shows and Late Cancellations:
- First Instance: No charge for the first no-show or late cancellation (less than 24 hours' notice).
- Second Instance: A 50% service fee will be charged for the second instance.
- Third Instance: A third instance will result in a 100% service fee charge.
- Exceptions for Emergencies: Emergencies such as sudden illness, family emergencies, or extreme weather conditions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Appointment Reminders: For your convenience, you will receive a text and email reminder of your appointment.
- Punctuality: We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment, subject to the cancellation fee.
